State Farm® Insurance Agent Jenny Mendez

"Jenny Mendez needs to work on being a better agent!!! We got screwed by a lot of money after he added a vehicle to his policy, to a point where we changed insurance right after starting this “new policy” with them (that lasted 5 DAYS). They made him make payments on his old policy on top of the “new policy”, charged an insane amount to add a vehicle (which is only a 2004 Chevy he bought for 13,000..) nothin crazy. No wrecks or tickets on either of us. He called multiple times to question why they were charging him the amount they were, which he did not authorize, and why it was so expensive. We immediately decided to leave them (after 5 DAYS of this policy being active), he requested a refund (much kinder than I would have been if I handled the phone call). He paid OVER $1,000 for a policy that lasted 5 days and I feel like they would’ve kept finding reasons to charge more…. Absolutely ridiculous. They said the refund will process…. LOL, he got a check for $44!!! Literally only $44. We’re livid lol. Either StateFarm OR this agent need to DO BETTER!! “Good neighbor”?? More like “Bad neighbor”."
